Mom of 3, Military Spouse, Functional & Integrative Medicine Nerd, Nature Lover, Former Fitness Junkie, Aspiring Gardener, Music Fanatic, & Enneagram 1w2 (Improver + Helper).

I am passionate about helping busy, hardworking, overwhelmed, individuals and families establish greater health by learning to invest in themselves in a way that leads to balance, wellness, peace, and contentment. I want them to know there is a different way.

Since 2006 I have worked with thousands of individuals and families through my coaching, training, and support. With a diverse background and education, I am an experienced Health & Wellness Coach, Master Trainer, and Behavior Change Professional specializing in psychology, functional nutrition, integrative wellness, personalized exercise & movement, and prenatal & postpartum health + birth support.


My Approach

For the last 18+ years, as a seasoned coach and wellness practitioner, I have learned that what we eat, how we move, and how we relate to ourselves and others has a significant impact on our health and habits. There is tremendous value in getting to the root of how we operate in these areas and anything holding us back.
