    You have a solid foundation on health and want to touch up some habits and revisit some old behaviors. You feel intuitive, but you want greater confidence in sustainability.

    Your nutrition is pretty on point, you move your body consistently, and you feel good overall, but would like to get more granular and specific with your health. You want to get it right for YOU.

    Up to 13- 55 Minute 1:1 Coaching Sessions + Practice Better Messaging + 6 Month Resources + Personalized Support

    Your goals feel attainable, but you’re not sure how to get there. You are pretty self aware, but you’ve got some work to do. You want to build greater confidence in your health and habits and you have room to grow in your relationship with food and nourishment. You want to reduce mindless eating and reaching for food in moments of stress and discomfort. You are busy, on information overload and want to get clear on what works for YOU and your family. How do I schedule a discovery call or session?

You can schedule here on the Practice Better app or reach out to Coach Katie directly. You should receive a health history form and goals sheet prior to Discovery Call.

How does coaching work?

All coaching begins with a customized discovery call where we collaborate to decide which program best suits your needs. Each coaching program includes up to two- 55 minute sessions per month. It is the responsibility of the client to book out two sessions each month about 2-3 weeks apart. Sessions do not rollover month to month.

What is Practice Better?

Practice Better is a practice management site and app I use for client scheduling, payment, messaging, telehealth, etc. Practice Better is private and HIPAA compliant. 

What does the magnolia stand for?

The Magnolia is a symbol of new beginnings and is about finding hope in small moments of grace a critical component to the wellness journey. It also represents self-respect, perseverance, stability, and feminine strength.

 

What is integrative Health?

Integrative health is an individualized model of promoting wellness using evidence-based strategies to reduce disease risk by adjusting lifestyle behaviors. 

What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaches can help people:

What is behavior Change coaching?

Behavioral coaches use a variety of tools and techniques, including:
